Deven Bradford

Deven is a dedicated construction professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University. His journey in the industry began during high school, interning with a residential framing contractor, where he developed a foundational understanding of construction processes.

While pursuing his degree, Deven gained significant experience at Heidelberg Technology Center, the research lab for Lehigh-Heidelberg Cement Group. There, he conducted chemical and physical concrete testing, enhancing his expertise in materials science and concrete applications.

Throughout his career, Deven has successfully managed numerous large-scale commercial renovation projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills. His commitment and expertise in overseeing thousands of new construction projects for Southern Design Companies earned him a promotion to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2019.

Building on his success as COO, Deven was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO), where he continues to drive the company’s vision and growth. He holds a Georgia Residential Basic Contractor’s License and is a certified installer of pervious concrete, further solidifying his qualifications in the industry. His commitment to excellence and innovation continues to propel Southern Design Companies forward, ensuring the highest standards for every project.
