About the Role
We are seeking a diligent Project Accountant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. In this role, you will manage project financials, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly and that projects stay on budget.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Organizes and maintains customer files using project management software
Receives sales orders from customers and processes them through QuickBooks software
Communicates with field employees to ensure accuracy of project details and information including scheduling
Communicates scheduling and logistics information or issues with customers
Manages project revenue cycle to include creating sales orders, invoicing, billing, posting customer checks, and collections
Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English; bilingual a plus but not required
